چکیده
Abstract: Aim: This article describes how biodegradable polymers and their drug delivery mechanisms can be used to monitor maintain local or targeted distribution. Polylactic-co-glycol acid has been one of the most appealing polymeric candidates for creating release tissue engineering products over last couple decades. PLGA a variety purposes due its biodegradability biocompatibility. Materials Methods: The enclosed medicine is delivered from microparticles via diffusion bulk erosion biopolymer, with rate mainly observed by distributing partition coefficient. Microparticles customization time-controlled fabricated. Results: Drugs as anticancer agents, anti-inflammatory non-steroidal, nutraceutical were favorably close in made different methods. Advances nanobiotechnology have led wide range new technologies which could improve rates. Manufacturing methods Properties associated nanoparticles, well promising pharmacological uses, also including carriers Polymers are involved making safe effective immunization, drug, gene using well-described, repeatable fabrication procedures. It huge times, unsuitable physical properties, fundamentally, FDA approval polymer content. Conclusion: approved use systems. appropriate rates pharmaceuticals accomplished varying lactic glycolic ratio. Keywords: PLGA, Biodegradable, Polymer, Drug system, Biocompatible.

Polymer Nanoparticles for Smart Drug Delivery
In the recent decades, polymers are widely used as biomaterials due to their favorable properties such as good biocompatibility, easy design and preparation, a variety of structures and interesting bio-mimetic character. Especially in the field of smart drug delivery, polymer played a significant role because it can deliver therapeutic agents directly into the intended site of action, with supe...
متن کاملLocal delivery of doxorubicin for malignant glioma by a biodegradable PLGA polymer sheet.
Implantable, biocompatible and biodegradable devices bearing an anticancer drug can provide promising local therapy to patients with malignant disorders. With the aim of treating brain tumors, especially gliomas, a membranous sheet containing doxorubicin was produced by co-polymerization to poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA). When release of the drug from the sheet was measured, sustained re...
متن کاملTargeted multidrug-resistance reversal in tumor based on PEG-PLL-PLGA polymer nano drug delivery system
The study investigated the reversal of multidrug resistance (MDR) and the biodistribution of nanoparticles (NPs) that target leukemia cells in a nude mice model via a surface-bound transferrin (Tf). The cytotoxic cargo of daunorubicin (DNR) and tetrandrine (Tet) was protected in the NPs by an outer coat composed of polyethylene glycol (PEG)-poly-L-lysine (PLL)-poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLG...
متن کاملMucoadhesive Polymer Hyaluronan as Biodegradable Cationic/Zwitterionic-Drug Delivery Vehicle
Mucoadhesive polymers in pharmaceutical formulations release drugs in mucosal areas. They interact and fix to mucus through molecular interpenetration, etc., which increase drug bioavailability. Polymers physicochemical properties affect formulation mucoadhesion, rheological behaviour and drug absorption. Hyaluronan (HA) is selected as a mucoadhesive and biodegradable polymer. Geometric, topolo...
